Jim is a genius player, with bags of charisma Michael but I've never found talent, charisma, charm and good looks lacking in the performers Steve chooses to perform with him.



I'm looking forward to November too, especially after the disappointment of Rochester.

Shows what a talented song writer Steve is when so called super stars like Rod select his songs to record. Steve should be considered a superstar in the same bracket as Rod but he does not seem to get the publicity he deserves.

Not that I'd begrudge Steve anything if he suddenly went mega; he works hard and deserves it, and I think in most of our eyes he's already a superstar. Even if some dozy people out there haven't noticed.

Talking of Jim....his guitar playing at Hyde Park yesterday during I Was Only Joking was magnificent,the look on Rod Stewart's face said it all! Really looking forward to hearing Jim on The Best Years Tour,truly a world class player!
